About Us

We’re a small family who have built our lives around a love of horses, the western lifestyle, and the values of hard work, family, and freedom. Our home base is a ranch in Colorado, but we were drawn to McCall, Idaho for its charm, its strong sense of community, and its breathtaking year-round recreation.

From the first time we visited, McCall felt like home. Nestled along the shores of Payette Lake and surrounded by towering pines, it’s a family-friendly mountain town with endless adventure just outside the door. Two world-class ski resorts—Brundage Mountain and Tamarack Resort—make winter days unforgettable, while summer brings boating, hiking, and trail rides under wide-open skies. For us, the magic lies in the balance: the serenity of horseback riding on nearby trails, and the thrill of stepping into true wilderness right in the backyard.

At Warren Wagon Ranch, we want to share this love of the western lifestyle with our guests. Our short-term rental offers a warm, welcoming space where families, couples, and friends can gather, reconnect, and experience the best of McCall. Whether you’re here for skiing, snowboarding, horseback riding, hiking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the lake, our home is a place to make lasting memories.
